The City of Pembroke has issued tender Asphalt Resurfacing – 2020 No. T-20-04.
Hard copy sealed tenders, clearly marked as to contents and on forms supplied by the city, will be received by the undersigned until 2:00:59 p.m., local time, Wednesday, April 15, 2020.
Electronic submissions are not acceptable. Tenders will be opened in public immediately following closing time. Language of tender submissions is English. The Request for Tender (RFT) document is available Thursday, March 26, 2020 free of charge from the address below in a standard paper version or a complete PDF version may be obtained through email request to [email protected].
The requirement is to provide labour, equipment, and materials as necessary for the asphalt pavement restoration or resurfacing at various locations within Pembroke. All questions relating to this RFT will be received in writing up to and no later than 4:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, April 7, 2020.
The procurement of goods and services specified in the tender documents is subject to the provision of the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement (OQTCA). The city reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders at its sole discretion. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
