The Township of Killaloe, Hagarty and Richards is requesting proposals for Architectural & Professional Services for the design and construction of a new Fire Hall. The new fire hall is to be 6000-6500 square feet. The services required to address the following: pre-design, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction documentation and tendering, construction administration to completion, handover and closeout of the project.
The Township of Killaloe Hagarty and Richards is looking for a project delivery that allows for collaboration between the design team and Builder while mitigating risk.
