The Corporation of the City of Pembroke has issued a request for proposals for Animal Control Services Proposal No. P-19-04. The City of Pembroke is seeking proposals from interested proponents for providing Animal Control Services within the municipal boundaries of the Corporation of the City of Pembroke for a 2-year period, with the possibility of two (2) additional 1-year extensions, beginning September 1, 2019.
Hard copy sealed proposals, clearly marked as to contents, will be received by Ms. Diane Schofield, Deputy Treasurer, City of Pembroke, Operations Department, 460 River Road, Pembroke, ON, K8A 1A1 until 2:00:59 p.m., local time, Thursday, August 1 , 2019.
Proposal documents, in a standard paper version, may be obtained from the City of Pembroke Operations Department at the address noted below, free of charge, or a complete PDF version may be obtained through email request to [email protected].
Proposal documents will be available for pick-up Thursday, July 11, 2019 during regular office hours (7:30 am to 4:00 pm). Language of proposals submissions is English. All questions relating to this proposal request will be received in writing up to and no later than12:00 pm local time on Wednesday, July 24, 2019. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
