The general scope of work consists of installation of a pedestrian crossing, concrete works, curb removal and reinstatement, structure adjustments and line painting. Anticipated date of construction completion is June 30, 2021.
Hard copy sealed tenders, clearly marked as to contents, will be received by Ms. Jennifer Eve, Deputy Treasurer, City of Pembroke, Operations Department, 460 River Road, Pembroke, ON, K8A 1A1 until 2:00:59 p.m., local time, Thursday, March 11, 2021 Quotations will not be opened in public. Unofficial bid results will be emailed to all those who submitted bids shortly after quotation closing. Language of quotation submissions is English.
Complete quotation documents, in a standard paper version, may be obtained from the City of Pembroke Operations Department or a complete PDF version may be obtained through email request to [email protected]. Quotation documents will be available beginning on Monday, February 22, 2021 during regular office hours (7:30 am to 4:00pm). All questions relating to this quotation request will be received in writing up to and no later than 12:00 pm local time on Tuesday, March 02, 2021. The city reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations. The lowest or any quotation will not necessarily be accepted.
