AHU Replacement Tender Contract No. 28719

The City of Pembroke has issued a tender for the Pembroke Operations Building AHU Replacement Tender Contract No. 28719 for the provision of all labour, equipment, and material necessary to complete the replacement of the existing air handler unit for the City’s Operations building. The new air handler unit to be an exterior pad mounted unit including ductwork tie in to the existing ductwork inside the building.

Hard copy sealed tenders, plainly marked as to its contents, will be received by Ms. Diane Schofield, Deputy Treasurer, City of Pembroke, Operations Department, 460 River Road, Pembroke, ON, K8A 1A1 until 2:00:59 p.m., local time, Wednesday, August 7, 2019.

Tenders will be opened in public immediately following closing time. Language of tender submission is English. Anticipated date of construction completion is fall 2019. Complete tender documents, in an   electronic version, may be obtained through email request from J.L. Richards & Associates Limited.

Tender sets will be available Wednesday, July 17, 2019. A mandatory site meeting for bidders will be held Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at 11:00 am local time at the administration entrance to the operations building, 460 River Road, Pembroke. All questions relating to this tender request will be received in writing up to and no later than 4:00pm local time on Wednesday, July 31, 2019.

The successful bidder will be required to file with the owner the specified bonds and insurance within ten (10) business days of being awarded the contract. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders.  The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
