The Township of Brudenell, Lyndoch and Raglan requires the construction of one outdoor washroom and changing facility at 59 Lily Pad Road (Kauffeldt Lake Beach).
The contractor shall provide all needed supplies, obtain all applicable permits and approvals and perform all contracting and construction services for the construction of one new accessible unisex outhouse with an attached accessible change room. It is important to mention that all buildings will be off-grid, have no access to running water or electricity.
